OUR RETURN POLICIES

Note: Here at Furniture Bunny, we understand that you may wish to return our products for various reasons. However, In order to avoid any unexpected returns, we have some clearly defined rules and regulations. For your own benefit, please read through the policies below.

CHECK THE ITEMS BEFORE YOU SIGN

Once the products have been delivered, please check them carefully. We package all items in clear, durable polythene, which makes them easy to inspect. It is important that you notify the delivery driver if your goods were damaged and sign the delivery sheet confirming it. Please note that you will be charged a fee if our products are not faulty or damaged upon return. Your products will be inspected after receipt, and you will be refunded accordingly.

PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS

Our policy is to only accept returns if you let us know within 24 hours of delivery that you intend to return them. We require that products are unopened, and in their original packaging. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us by email and we will replace the damaged parts or exchange the bed in full free of charge.  

KEEP SOME PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE

Occasionally, we may ask for photographic evidence to verify damage or defects in our products. The issue will be evaluated by our team, and if necessary one of the defective/damaged parts will be replaced or the bed/sofa will be exchanged in full as soon as possible.

THE 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means once you have let us know in 24 hours about the problem, you have 14 days to request a return. For your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following requirements:

  • Unopened or unsealed other than for inspection
  • The items have not been assembled
  • Items must be in unused condition
  • Keep it in the state in which you received it
  • Neither be damaged nor harmed
  • Keep the original packaging and labels
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is also required

Want to cancel an order? Please notify us 5 working days before the day of delivery.

Please Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable for any reason.
